Ethical Business Conduct

IG will conduct its business fairly, rightly, in an ethical manner in accordance with Company’s values and Code of Conduct, in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The ethical values of the Company shall govern all the relationships including hose among the employees and with Clients, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Public administration and other connected Entities (Shareholders, Partners and so on).
Aimed at the respect of the Code of Conduct, IG develops and applies an organization, management and controlled operational scheme (ex D.Lgs 231/2001) approved by the Board of Directors in July 2006.
The principles of the Code of Conduct make it possible a mutual benefit of the involved Parties; the counterparties of IG are therefore invited to have and adhere to a code of ethical standards.
