Infrastrutture e Gestioni SpA (IG), having its registered office in Rome – Italy, has been incorporated in 1999 by partial demerging of TPL - Tecnologie Progetti Lavori S.p.A., a Company born in 1969 and belonging to the international Technip Group.
IG has wide capability, gained in forty years of activity, in the management and execution of contracts in the sectors of Oil & Gas, Energy, and Infrastructures in Italy and abroad, for the civil and military sectors.
IG has also focused its efforts in the Operation and Maintenance sector related to pipelines, plant facilities and, most recently, to aircrafts.

In the past few years IG has implemented proper technologies and applied adequate financial resources in the field of electricity production from renewable energy sources developing large biomass projects, in compliance with the European Community Directive and Kyoto targets.
